Rinze conceives the creative vision behind NEWMADE's work and directs it across music, film, and live production. A director with a Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Composition and over 15 years of experience, his compositional background informs everything he makes. He directs with a clear vision and an instinct for what resonates. On set or in the studio, the standard is the same: purposeful, precise, and built to connect.

Joep is NEWMADE's Creative Producer, responsible for the musical and creative production across every project the studio undertakes. With a Master of Music in Music Production & Composition and over 15 years in the industry, he brings depth of craft and a producer's clarity to every project. His involvement runs deep at every stage, ensuring that creative ambition is matched by execution. The result is work that is as considered in process as it is in outcome.

Dick spent a decade in the corporate world. It was there, long before sonic identity had a name, that he commissioned Rinze and Joep to create one. That moment didn't just produce great work. It produced NEWMADE. Today Dick connects creative ambition to commercial reality, because he's sat on both sides of the table.
